In order to become an Independent Distributor
you need to submit an
APPLICATION (make sure to include Karen D'Agostino
ID #0501500 in order to join my team), a W9 Form (provided by the company)
and purchase our start up kit for $40.
Each Kit includes a GCC Tote,
6 Cakes (choose from Birthday Sampler or Random Sampler), a Care-Package
(choose from Chocolate Yummy Box, Sweet Sweet Yummy Box or a Study Break
Box (chocolate cake), GCC pen, blank business cards, and a paperwork
folder with necessary paperwork to start your GCC business.
Once you have submitted your application, you will be taken to a page to order your kit, and print our your W-9 Form.
We cannot process your application until we have received a paid kit order and a completed W-9 Form!
Independent Distributors purchase products at wholesale and sell at retail.
You are not required to have an inventory, however you may.
To remain an active Distributor you must place orders totally $10 in wholesale, quarterly.
These sales can be combined retail and wholesale
Quarterly sales bonuses are based on wholesale totals and are as follows:
Wholesale totals of $1500-$2500 receive a 10% bonus
Wholesale totals of $2501-$3500 receive a 15% bonus
Wholesale totals of $3501+ receive a 20% bonus
When an Independent Distributor recruits another Independent Distributor
they are considered Leadership and will have the opportunity to earn over-rides on the wholesale totals
(monthly) of their downline.
In order to qualify for downline over-rides the Leadership Distributor will
be required to submit Personal Orders with a minimum of $10 per month.
Should the Leadership Distributor fail to meet sales quotas they will forfeit
the over-ride commissions earned for that month. They will not lose their downline.
Downlines will only be lost should the distributor become inactive.
Should the Leadership Distributor become inactive the downline will be moved to
the Leadership Distributor's direct Upline.
Over-rides for qualifying Leadership Distributors are as follows:
First Line Recruit 5%
Second Lind Recruit 3%
Third Line Recruit 1%
Each Independent Distributor may have their own website to sell our products,
which must state the company's name and Distributor's ID number.
Distributors who have their own websites are responsible for updating correct information and
collecting their own funds for sales.
Distributors may purchase a Company Sponsored web site.
This site will be automatically updated and monies collected for the distributor.
There is a $20 set up fee and costs $7.50 per month
(auto-billed by credit card or a Pay Pal subscription.)
The company will receive the orders and ship them out.
The Distributor will also receive notification of the order and contact
information of the customer used for follow up.
The Distributor will receive the commission on the sale at the end of each month.
Distributors may also order a CakeLink.
CakeLinks can be purchased for $10 with a monthly fee of $5.00 billed
via credit card or Pay Pal Subscription.
A CakeLink can be put into an email signature or on an existing
website offering easy ordering for customers.
When a customer uses a Distributor's CakeLink they will be routed
to the company website for ordering.
This site is embedded with a unique number to the Distributor, giving them credit for the order.
When an order is received using CakeLink the Distributor will be emailed with the order information.
Retail commission from a CakeLink sale will be sent out at the end of each month.
Customers may also place orders using the main GCC site.
Orders that have corresponding Distributor Numbers and Names
attached will be credited to that Distributor.
Commissions on those sales will be paid out at the end of each month.
Retail sales do count towards the $10 quarterly quota for Distributors,
however, do not count as Personal Sales for Leadership monthly quota for over-rides.
The Greeting Cake Company, LLC offers Fundraising. The organization orders wholesale,
through the Distributor and the company fills and ships the order.
The company will offer specials and opportunities to earn free products and merchandise.
New designs and products will be offered quarterly.

How Cakes Are Sold:
Our cakes are sold though our growing network of Independent Distributors and our Online Store.
They may sell person to person, at craft and holiday fairs, through internet sales,
and may even sell to retail outlets.
As a distributor you may choose to collect orders for your customers and place them yourself,
have a company website or CakeLink on your own site where your customers can place their own orders,
have them drop shipped and you receive the credit for the order.
Customers can also go straight through our website to place their orders,
using the Distributor's Name or ID#, giving the distributor credit for the
order and then the order is drop shipped.
Customers who come to the site without a distributor and wish to have one
are contacted and a Distributor is then given the lead to follow up on for future orders.
Training:
Distributors are encouraged to contact their recruiting distributor
as well as their uplines as much of our training is Peer lead.
Shipping:
Orders are usually shipped out within 2-3 business days, and sometimes earlier.
Distributors and customers can add a Greeting Card, much like
that received with flowers, to their order with a personal
message or re-order information.
Currently orders are shipped FedEx and USPS.
